Bard Spells and Disciplines


Harmony of Tone

 A new level 97 song that is an update of Harmony of Sound (3375). It can be found under Utility Detrimental->Resist Debuffs. It is a no-save spell. It lowers the targets cold, fire, and magic resistances and lowers the targets poison and disease resistances. These values can be increased by a drum focus.
Protans Melodic Binding

 A new level 99 song that is an update of Largos Melodic Binding (705). It can be found under Utility Detrimental->Slow. It is a magic resist check. It is a PBAE song that is up to a 65% slow (this is unchanged from the earlier song) and lowers AC. These values can be increased by a singing focus.
Reflexive Retort

 A new level 100 skill. It can be found under Combat Abilities->Offensive. It has a 10 minute refresh on timer 18. It deals four 1HS skill attacks (Lower damage in PVP) and reflects Reflected Retort on the casters group.
Reflected Retort

 A group spell that restores mana for each member. It does not focus.
